I had a little trouble getting it set up at first, but support replied really quickly and walked me through the fix. Everything’s working now, and overall I’m happy with it!!

"As someone who likes things to be..."
As someone who likes things to be straightforward online, I found livuchat.com a little confusing when I first tried it. Some of the buttons weren’t very clear, and it took me longer than expected to figure out where basic features were. It does work once you get the hang of it, but I think the layout could definitely be more user-friendly.

"Video calls are shockingly smooth"
I’ve been using livuchat.com for a while now, the video call quality kind of blew my mind. I was fully expecting the usual blurry, frozen-face disaster, but nope, most calls connect super fast and the picture is actually clear. The sound has been solid too, with only a tiny bit of lag once or twice. It’s easy to use, and I’m not constantly getting dropped mid-call, which feels like a miracle these days. Overall, I’m genuinely really happy with it.

"Not bad, but some profiles had me side-eyeing my phone"
The chat part worked fine for the most part, and I did have a couple of decent conversations. But wow, some of the profiles felt way too perfect, like they were written by a marketing team from another planet. I was sitting there thinking, there is no way every person here looks this flawless and loves hiking at sunrise. It wasn’t terrible, but I’m not sure I’d pay for it again.

"The app is fine for a quick chat..."
The app is fine for a quick chat, I guess. I mean, it’s not bad, but the coins go so fast that you’re already being pushed to buy more before you know it. For what you actually get, it just feels too expensive. I’d probably use it more if they made the coins cheaper.

It did block a scammer for me once, which was a relief. But I still came across a few profiles that felt kind of weird, like... not totally sure if they were fake or just odd. So yeah, it helps, but I wouldn’t fully let my guard down

"Audio is Actually Really clear"
I’ve used livuchat.com a handful of times now, and the audio has been solid. People’s voices come through clear, so I’m not sitting there asking “what?” every two seconds.

My wifi can be annoying sometimes and still the sound doesn’t totally fall apart, which surprised me. it’s definitely Better than I expected.

"Pretty good moderation"
Used LivuChat for a while. Moderation is solid. Weird or rude stuff usually gets handled fast, so it feels safer. Sometimes normal messages get flagged, which is annoying. Not often though. Overall, good. 4 stars

I had someone bothering me in chat, so I reported it. To be fair, support did take it seriously and things felt safer after they stepped in, which I really appreciated. But yeah, it also took longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying. Still, overall it was handled okay, so I’d say 4 stars.

"Started off feeling safe, but I’m not fully convinced"
I’ve used livuchat.com a few times, and at first it felt safe and straightforward. Logging in was easy, I didn’t get any weird popups, and things mostly worked the way I expected. That said, the more I used it, the less sure I felt about trusting it completely. Nothing major went wrong, but there’s just a little bit of doubt now that wasn’t there at the start.

I’m usually the one who ends up dealing with random drops or some annoying issue when everyone else says theirs works fine, so I was kind of expecting the same here. But surprisingly, the connection stayed solid all night. No drops, no weird interruptions, just worked like it was supposed to.

"Feels More Genuine Than I Expected"
I gave LiveUChat a try for a few days, it felt more natural than a lot of other chat sites I’ve used. I was a little unsure at first because I expected random bot-like replies, but most people actually responded like real humans.

There was one small moment where it lagged a bit, but it didn’t really bother me. Overall, it’s simple to use, and I’d probably come back to it again if I felt like chatting

Just wanted to share this as a heads-up for anyone worried about refunds. I got mine back quickly and didn’t run into any major problems. Still, I’d say keep your receipts and emails just in case, but my experience was smooth

"Still not sure how I feel about the privacy side"
I tried livuchat.com for a little while, it worked fine enough as a chat site, but I never felt totally comfortable with what was happening to my data. The privacy info felt a bit vague to me, and when I asked about it, support basically said something like “we only keep what’s needed to run the service,” which didn’t really clear things up much.

Maybe it’s all fine behind the scenes, but for a chat platform I was hoping for clearer settings, more control, and more specific answers about what gets saved or shared. I ended up deleting my account quickly. Giving it 2 stars because the site does run, but the privacy and security side just didn’t leave me feeling great

"I used LiveUChat for a few days..."
I used LiveUChat for a few days and the app is just not running that good for me. It opens okay sometimes, but after a little bit it start getting slow and laggy.

The video chat freeze a lot, and I got kicked out more than once which was annoying. Messages also take forever sometimes to load, so it gets frustrating quick.

It’s not like the app is impossible to use, but right now it feel too buggy for me. I hope they fix the crashing and the slow loading soon
